We’re excited to announce ElevenLabs has entered into a strategic partnership with Deloitte to help enterprises transform customer experience using agentic AI. This is our first collaboration with a Big Four firm.
The partnership combines our ElevenLabs Agents platform with Deloitte’s consulting expertise and industry knowledge. We will help enterprises transform customer experience, sales, and internal operations through intelligent omnichannel agents that integrate with existing enterprise systems. Our objective is to help clients design and deploy production-ready conversational agents optimized for rigorous enterprise requirements.
We are collaborating on a portfolio of propositions for high-value customer journeys - such as customer service and collections - using ElevenLabs Agents for reliable automation at scale. This work is accelerated by Deloitte’s capabilities in strategy, design, and operating model transformation.As part of the partnership, we are developing customer experience accelerators to help enterprises move faster with confidence. These include industry agent blueprints for primary customer journeys, and standardized integration patterns for enterprise systems.
